GET OFF TO A FLYING START

Whether you are a career switcher or a student who wants to pursue your dreams in aviation; VT AAA will provide you with high-quality flight training to help you achieve your goals.

Our Flight Training program consists of 4 essential parts: Ground School, Flight Lesson, Briefings, and Homework. Each of these parts is designed to help students to expand their knowledge and hone their skills while becoming sky-bound.

Ground School

Having good ground knowledge is as important as knowing how to fly a plane. At VT AAA, our knowledgeable and experienced instructors will provide you with the necessary tools and experience you need to become a skilled aviator.

After you have equipped yourself with the information and theories that you’ve learned at the ground school, the next step will be to sit for a ‘Written’ FAA exam. This exam will be a computerized test and will include multiple-choice questions (MCQ). Students will have to score at least 70 or better marks to pass the test.

TIPS FOR SUCCESS

Read

Students often do not realize that flight training also includes reading a textbook and other materials to understand the fundamentals of aviation. Read up on the lessons that you will be covering in the next ground lesson. Memorize key information. Write down any questions and ask your instructor.

CHAIR FLYING

Practice this after a flight lesson – sit on a chair, close your eyes, and visualize your flight lesson. Flip switches, read the flight panel and perform maneuvers while sitting in your living room or bedroom. Building up your muscle memory and your decision-making process by practicing flying at home will help you master your flight lessons faster.
